Club Rental Compliance

Hello Club Presidents & Club Administrator,

In order to start your training at Glacier Ridge Sports Park your club must be in compliance.  This will include the following:

1. Agreement with K&K Property in place for the upcoming season
2. Up to date payments through Melio
3. Certificate of Occupancy (C of O) from NYSWYSA listing the following as additional insured
   • K&K Property Ventures LLC & Glacier Ridge Sports Park
     4618 Ridge Rd W Spencerport, NY 14559
4. Agreeing to the Rules of GRSP - RULES
5. Upload certificate file below
6. * Please note if you are playing a friendly, scrimmage against a member club there is no need for a C of O.  If it is another club you will need to have that club upload a certificate as well.
